Shipping:

The safest way to ship a package from the US is via registered insured mail with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Blue Moon Coins has shipped tens of thousands of packages this way since 1999. Our founder, Ken Vilkin, has shipped countless packages this way since 1984. The results of those shipments:

Only two packages have ever been lost.
One of those two packages was an overseas item.
All of the rest, over 100,000 packages, have arrived safe and sound.

Unfortunately the USPS does not show detailed tracking information for Registered Mail. They provide a way for you to verify the date and time of delivery or attempted deliveries. You can read more about Registered Mail on the USPS Web Site. If you, the receiving customer, believe that you should have received your package, you may need to call the Post Office to get it. As outlined in Delivery Section 2.5 of the Registered Mail Features and Fees on the USPS Web Site.

Under certain payment terms and for an additional fee, we do offer trackable mail shipped via DHL, Federal Express, and USPS Express Mail. This must be arranged with the trader at the time you place your order and will be reflected on your trade confirmation.
